Chunky Antler Ornaments- Big Foot
Male moose, or "Bull Moose", start growing their antlers each spring and are normally done with the process by August. Female moose, or "Cow Moose", don't grow antlers at all. Bull Moose shed their antlers in November or December, after mating. Caribou start growing their antlers each spring and are normally done with the process by August. Male Caribou shed their antlers in November or December, after mating, while females will often carry them until June, after they have given birth. We find them in fields of tussocks, over hills, on mountain tops, or laying on the side of river banks. Once home, they are cleaned and turned into beautiful pieces of artwork! Enjoy a little piece of natures beauty!
